Our Letter To Patients

WHAT TO EXPECT AT  YOUR DENTAL APPOINTMENT

  1. Please wear your own mask to the office, do not remove it.  If you do not have a mask, please call the office from the parking lot, and we will provide a mask at the office door.

  2. Your temperature will be taken with an infrared thermometer aimed at your forehead (no contact).

  3. We will provide hand sanitizer and request you use it before entering the operatory.

  4. The screening questions will be reviewed with you by office staff.

  5. If you prefer to wait in your car before coming into the office, please call us from the parking lot, and we will advise you on best time to come into the building.

Please call the office if the answer to any of the following questions is “YES.”

-Do you have fever or have you felt hot/feverish in the last two to three weeks?

-Are you having any shortness of breath or other difficulties breathing?

-Do you have a cough?

-Do you have any other flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache or fatigue?

-Have you experienced any recent loss of taste or sense of smell?

-Have you traveled  in the past 2-3 weeks other than locally?

-Are you over 60 years old?

-Do you have heart disease, lung disease, kidney disease, diabetes or other auto-immune disorders?

Are you in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 positive patients?
